#73-1324 – Tank Assault Badge 3rd Class ’50’ in Silver ‘G.B.’ (Лот: 6920)
Late-war hollow zinc grade III Panzer Assault Badge in Silver. Manufactured by G. Brehmer from Markneukirchen and properly maker-marked G.B. on the Pnzer’s reverse. Earlier production variant still featuring the third rivet to fixate the number shield. Some traces of bad storage and finish loss but otherwise in good condition with no repairs or damage. (cf. #73-1325 – Tank Assault Badge in Bronze ‘Wurster’ (Лот: 6921)
Early hollow Tombak/Buntmetall Bronze grade Panzer Assault Badge. Unmarked but safely attributed to the Markneukirchen-based maker Karl Wurster. On offer is a ‘die 2’ so-called organized grass pattern variant. The badge shows clear traces of wear but remains in untouched condition with a lovely patina build-up. Early high-quality PAB. (Cf. Mid-war solid zinc Panzer Assault badge in Bronze. so-called Vienna design PAB produced by the Vienna-based maker Friedrich Orth. Apart from the finish loss the PAb remains in good condition. (c.f. The German Panzer Assault badge of WW II, Philippe De Bock, revised edition 2021, Pages 669-670)

Mid-war solid zinc Panzer Assault Badge in Bronze. Properly marked A.S. in the left track for its maker Adolf Scholze.
