Imperial German Model 1889 Prussian Officers Sword, good example of a standard Model 1889 Prussian officers sword with brass hilt having Prussian eagle to the cartouche, plain three bar knuckle guard and plain pommel top and partial back strap. Grip retains the original wire binding with Kaiser Wilhelm II monogram.to the centre. Housed in the original steel scabbard with single hanging ring. Polished straight blade with double fuller to the back edge. Early WKC Solingen makers trademark. The blade measures 77 ½ cms, overall 98cms. Scabbard repainted, some staining to the blade.

Housed in its plated steel scabbard with single fixed hanging ring. Single edged blade with etched decoration and ‘Ulan Aufenberg’, reverse with foliage and trophy of arms. Rare WW2 Italian Paratroopers /Special Forces Personalised Fighting Knife, good example of the model 1939 Italian paratroopers combat knife with wooden handle having carved initials ‘C A’? and carved winged dagger insignia of the Italian airborne / special forces. Housed in the original blackened scabbard with diagonal belt bracket mount. Partially double edged knife blade measuring 20cms, overall 33 ½ cms. Some wear to the blade and evidence of sharpening to one edge.

Shagreen grip with wire binding. Housed in blackened steel scabbard with single hanging ring. Slightly curved blade with fuller to the back edge. Some surface staining and rust spots but should clean well. Blade 77 ½ cms, overall 94cms.

Brass 5-ball guard and knuckle bow leading to pommel top. Housed in an associated later brass mounted leather scabbard. Single edged narrowing blade with remains of etched decoration. Victorian Royal Naval Officers Sword Attributed to Lord Ashley-Cooper, 8th Earl of Shaftesbury, By Henry Wilkinson, 11806, lion head pommel, fishskin covered grip with wire binding, housed in leather with brass mounts scabbard. Near mint condition polished blade with etched decoration, crowned cipher to the bottom section. Henry Wilkinson, Pall Mall retailers details to the base of the blade and number to the spine. Blade measures 82 cms, overall 98cms. Nearly all the gilt finish remains to the exterior fittings. Accompanied by a selection of research paperwork, which indicates Lord Ashley served in the Royal Navy, raising to the rank of Lieutenant. Lord Ashley committed suicide in 1886, by shooting himself in the head.
