Helmet is complete with 1938 dated liner system and webbing chinstrap. Unusual and unexplained steel helmet for the home front.

Enforced taped edge with ink Kriegsmarine acceptance stamp and ‘Reichskriegsflg 1.5 X 2.5’. Some holes and moth nips, corners with period repairs. Measures 250 x 134cms.

Ставки принимаются через менеджераDocument Grouping to NSKK Member and SA-Sturmführer Josef Rech from Ahrweiler ‘Reitersturm Brigade 52’, SA Ausweis (passport) with photo of Rech, several membership cards, NSDAP party card, 1914-1918 honour cross and wound badge in black award certificates. Interesting January 1945 document stating the slaughtering of his ‘SA horse’ named’ ‘Oskar’ to supply meat to the civilians. Conformation document to Rech as Gefreiter in the army he was leading the first aid point in Borissow. Rech ended up the Vokssturm at the end of the war.

Ставки принимаются через менеджераRare WW2 St Johns Ambulance Association First Aid Post and Boy Scouts Leaders Steel Helmet, very unusual and rare British home front steel helmet, the shell painted black with painted circular insignia of the St John Ambulance Association above ‘F.A.P’ and thick white central band with fleur-de-lis emblem of the Boy Scouts to the side. Shell is stamped with makers mark and 1939 date. Original 1939 dated liner system and webbing chinstrap. An interesting and scarce WW2 home front helmet.
