WW2 GERMAN SHORT PATTERN K98 DRESS BAYONET WITH ENGRAVED BLADE FOR ARTILLERY REGIMENT 27, fine example with two piece chequered grips, plated pommel and cross guard. Housed in its blackened scabbard with patent leather bayonet frog. Polished blade with etched single side, having eagle, steel helmet and memory of my service dedication for Artillery Regiment nr 27. Alcoso Solingen makers trademark to the reverse side. Good example.

Impressive Hallmarked Silver Presentation Challenge Cup Trophy of the 2nd Administrative Battalion West Riding of Yorkshire Rifle Volunteers, the three handled tankard has hallmarks for London 1877 and makers mark of Richard Martin & Ebenezer Hall. Underside of the tankard has engraved retailers mark for Manoah Rhodes & Sons Silversmiths Bradford. The tankard is beautifully engraved over its whole body with the names and units of the winners of the competition from 1878 through to 1893. Interior with gilded finish and markers. 17 ½ cms in height, bottom circumference 42 ½ cms and top 36 cms. Weighs 1082 grams. Very impressive item of regimental silverware.

WW1 British 08 Pattern Webbing Set with 1907 Bayonet, good miss-match made up 1908 webbing set, including 1918 dated wide waist belt, miss-matched pair of ammunition pouches, 1916 dated brace strap, other not clear date, felt covered water bottle in webbing cradle, entrenching tool cover with clear ink stampings. 1907 bayonet in leather scabbard by Wilkinson, with webbing frog and scarce entrenching tool halve holder. Good grouping, ideal for display.

Hampshire Regiment Regimental Mess Centre Piece, fine quality silverplate regimental mess presented centre piece / menu holder, with steeped base having presentation inscription, ‘PRESENTED TO THE OFFICERS MESS 67TH REGIMENT BY CAPTAIN B L ATKINSON ON PROMOTION AUGUST 1880’, Hampshire tiger fitted to the base and spiral stem with large clip menu holder having engraved regimental insignia to the centre. #345 – Rare WW1 British 08 Pattern Pistol Belt Set Equipment as worn by Members of the Tank Corps, Machine Gun Corps and Royal Flying Corps (Лот: 6248)
Rare WW1 British 08 Pattern Pistol Belt Set Equipment as worn by Members of the Tank Corps, Machine Gun Corps and Royal Flying Corps, super set with the rare special pattern belt which is ink marked and date which appears to be 1918, pair of 1918 dated brace attachment straps. Webbing shoulder straps with ink stampings. Attached to the belt is an original open top brown leather Webley pistol holster with the securing strap being stamped ‘H.G.R 1916’ and a leather ammunition pouch. Accompanied by a loose cord lanyard for a Webley revolver. Remains in very good overall condition and very hard item of WW1 equipment to find. 5th Isle of Wight Rifle Volunteers Presentation Shooting Trophy, a fine silver plated two handled trophy from a shooting competition of the regiment, finely engraved with ‘5th ISLE OF WIGHT RV (PB) HANTS REGT – LADIES PRIZE – WON BY Pte John Ford 1888 & 1889’ reverse engraved ‘LADIES PRIZE 1887 WINNING TEAM’ and then lists the members of the team. Removable top with a figure of a kneeling rifleman (rifle damaged). Stands 32cms. Fine quality.
