Gilt lace border to the body of the pouch. Some light wear but generally a good example. Was purchased by the vendor at auction with the attribution to either Lord Charles Pelham Pelham Clinton, or his twin brother Lord Thomas Pelham Pelham Clinton, the second and third sons of the 4th Duke of Newcastle-under-Lyme.
