WW2 German Army M-42 Single Decal Steel Combat Helmet, good example with field grey paint finish to the shell. Helmet has the original army decal to one side, about 85% present. Complete with its leather liner system and leather chinstrap. Shell is stamped ‘hkp 62’ and batch number ‘1784’. Rear skirt painted with name ‘Lt Leitz’.

Scarce WW1 Imperial Russian M-15 Adrian Steel Helmet Shell, scarce example of a standard M-15 Adrian pattern helmet which has a mustard brown over paint finish to the shell, with much of the horizon blue paint to the underside showing through. Complete with the original Russian pattern helmet badge to the centre. Interior of the shell having the brown paint finish and fixings for the liner, but no leather liner present. A scarce original example.

WW1 British Officers Cuff Rank Tunic, Peaked Cap and Equipment of 2nd Lieutenant H E Cuthbert Manchester Regiment (Volunteer Force), fine quality officers cuff rank pattern tunic with large lower pockets, bronze Manchester regiment collar badges with ‘V’ underneath. Regimental tunic buttons to the front and pockets. Single rank pip to the cuff within cuff lace. Khaki wool and red felt Derby Scheme armband, brown leather Sam Browne belt, photograph of tunic in wear and commission document dated 1917. Accompanying the set is a fine quality officers soft trench cap with bronze officers cap badge and thin leather chinstrap. Interior with leather sweatband and tailors details to the interior crown. Overall the set remains in very good overall condition.

Third Reich Reichsarbeitsdienst (RAD) Labour Service Enlisted Ranks Hewer Dagger by Alcoso, Solingen, good example of a standard enlisted ranks hewer dagger for the RAD with two piece stag horn grips. Plated fittings with some bubbling and lifting. Scabbard with both top and lower mounts. Some surface rusting to the lower mount, possible replaced screws and one missing. Standard hewer blade with motto ‘Arbeit adelt’ and makers trade mark for Alcoso, Solingen to the reverse. Some surface staining to the blade. Overall generally a good example of a RAD mans dagger. Blade 25cms, overall 40 ½ cms.

WW2 German Luftwaffe Afrikakorps (D.A.K) Tropical Pith Helmet, rare to find pattern of the tropical pith helmet issued to the Luftwaffe in North Africa and Italy. The helmet has the olive green covering to the cork body. Original Luftwaffe aluminium tropical helmet eagle and national tri-colour decals. Light tan leather trim to the brim and leather chinstrap. Interior with the olive cloth underside, red interior and tan leather sweatband stamped ‘W.P.B’. Underside of the sweatband with ink size stamp. Some wear, the top being pushed in (cork not cracked or damaged), some staining and a burn mark to the interior.

WW1 British Army Service Corps Other Ranks 1902 Pattern Tunic, fine example of a four pocket khaki wool service dress tunic with one polished brass ASC tunic button remaining to the front, Sergeants rank chevrons and a embroidered overseas service chevron for four years. Partially white lined interior. Some light moth holes and remains of the paper label to the inside. Vendor provided the following details about the original owner of this tunic. Sergeant John W. Cason, Army Service Corps, schoolmaster of Upwell, Norfolk. Enlisted 18th January 1915, served in the Dardanelles (Mudros) and Egypt. Discharged 14 th April 1919. Acquired directly from the family.

Third Reich Reichsarbeitsdienst (RAD) Labour Service Enlisted Ranks Hewer Dagger by Carl Eickhorn, Solingen, fine example of a later pattern RAD mans dagger with brushed aluminium exterior fittings. Good two piece light coloured stag / elk grip plates. Engraved to the front of the dagger is the original owners initials ‘E G’. Housed in the original scabbard which retains much of the original finish with the RAD emblem to the lower mount. Fixed bar to the top of the scabbard for the hanger to be mounted. Standard hewer pattern blade which has the motto ‘Arbeit adelt’ and later pattern Carl Eickhorn makers trade mark. Blade appears to have been polished at one time. Generally a good personalised example. Blade 24 cms, overall 40cms.
