US CIVIL WAR UNION EM BELT RIG INCLUDING BAYONT , BELT & BUCKLE & CAP BOX, a 1 ¾’ wide dark leather belt, a brass ‘US’ oval 3 ¼’ x 2′ buckle w/ arrow style hooks on reverse, matching cap box is mkd ‘WATERTOWN ARSENAL’, the socket bayonet is a 58 caliber model & us stamped ‘US’ & comes w/ its proper scabbard, the leather shows a lot wear but is still very sound, G++

WW2 German Army Officers Dagger with Artificial Damascus and Gilt Presentation Blade Infantry Regiment Nr 41 by Alcoso, Solingen, good example with cream celluloid grip, pommel with oakleaves relief, army cross guard and housed in the original scabbard. Attached to the grip is original officers dress knot / portepee. Double edged artificial Damascus blade with gilt eagle to the obverse and the reverse in gilt ‘Inftr. Regt. Nr. 41 Amberg/Bayer. Ostmark’ and makers trademark also in gilt. The blade measures 25 ¼ cms, overall 40cms. Some light wear but generally an excellent example of a very rare army dagger.

WW2 German Army Officers Dagger with Hanging Straps by Tiger, Solingen, example with white celluloid grip, pommel with oakleaves relief and cross guard in the form of army eagle. Housed in its original scabbard with two hanging ring bands. Attached to the scabbard is a pair of worn German army officers brocade hanging straps with unusual clip fittings. Double edged blade with makers trade mark to the reverse. Some staining to the blade and wear to the exterior. The blade 25 ¼ cms, overall 39 ½ cms.

Victorian Royal Naval Long Service and Good Conduct Medal to the Coast Guard, V.R., narrow suspension, impressed naming ‘THOS. PITCHER, COMD. BOATN, H.M. COAST GUARD’. 81244 Thomas Pitcher was born in Bridport, Dorset on 28th June 1857 and joined the Royal Navy as a Boy 2nd class on Boscawen on 17th April 1873. Transferred to the Coast Guard Service on 11th April 1884 and was discharged to pension on 4th July 1907. His long service medal awarded 2nd September 1895 and it appears to be his only medal.
