He states that he is aware of a problem / question and will take care of it. Brand was the administrational officer of Himmler himself, he was sentenced to death by hanging in the Nürnberg trial. Interesting and rare signature.

Ставки принимаются через менеджераWW2 German Army Administration Officers Peaked Cap by Erel, good example of a high form officers peaked cap with bottle green piping to the crown and bordering the central band. Zinc cap eagle and officers cockade with special Erel pattern vented roundel. Officers cap cords supported by pebbled side buttons. Interior retains the original leather sweatband with perforated forehead section, Erel tailors details impressed to the side. Yellow satin cloth lining with the original complete Erel marked celluloid diamond and paper size label. The cap shows some light service wear but generally still a good example made by one of the premier cap makers of the time.
