#610 – WW1 German M-16 Battle Damaged Steel Combat Helmet (Лот: 9202)
WW1 German M-16 Battle Damaged Steel Combat Helmet, untouched example of a standard German M-16 steel combat helmet which retains much of its original field grey paint finish to the shell. The helmet has a small bullet entry hole to the bottom side and an exit hole and split to the opposite side. The helmet retains the leather liner band and three leather liner pads. The helmet shows expected wear. Good untouched example.

Swiss M1864 Bayonet for the Sharp Shooters Short Rifle, blade marked Gebr Wayesberg, blade in nice condition, steel cross guard and brass pommel, numbered 77, leather scabbard with brass top and bottom mounts. Blade length 52cm overall 72cm. Ex-Peter White Collection, similar bayonet on page 269 of ‘The Bayonet Book’ by White.

Victorian Folding Lock Bowie Knife, untouched example with riveted chequered grips, silver release catch to the centre. Clipped steel blade with folding cross guard. Housed in its leather scabbard with belt loop and brass lower chape. Blade 19 ½ cms when locked in place. Some wear; Victorian hunting knife with cast steel grip, steel cross guard and double edged blade with medial ridge, base stamped ‘FAITH’ to both sides. Housed in a leather scabbard. The blade measures 18cms, overall 28 ½ cms; Another knife with steel mounts and composite grip, double edged blade, housed in leather scabbard. Blade 15cms, overall 28 ½ cms. (3 items)

#611 – WW1 German M-17 Camouflaged Steel Combat Helmet (Лот: 9203)
WW1 German M-17 Camouflaged Steel Combat Helmet, sleepy untouched barn found WW1 German steel helmet with the metal liner band (M-17) and remains of the three leather liner pad system. The exterior of the shell has a wavy camouflaged paint finish in brown, green and ochre with black separation lines. The shell has a surface rust which adds to the character of the helmet. Good original camouflaged helmet.

Scarce Swedish M1815–20, Faltjager Bayonet, utilising the blade and hilt from a 775 cavalry sword. Blade length 61.5cm, overall 75cm. Nice condition for very rare bayonet.

Believed to be only 800 of these bayonets ever made. -

WW1 British Officers Trench Knife by S Hibbert & Son, Sheffield, fine example with composite chequered grip, aluminium knuckle guard and housed in brown leather scabbard with securing strap. Thin knife blade with makers details stamped to the base. The blade measures 12 ½ cms, overall 25cms. During WW1 many manufacturers produced equipment and weapons which mostly officers could purchase to take with them for front line service on the Western Front, this style of knife was very popular and many manufacturers made similar examples.

#612 – Imperial German Litewka Pattern Officers Tunic (Лот: 9204)
Imperial German Litewka Pattern Officers Tunic, fine quality grey tunic with double row of plain polished buttons, officers shoulder straps with white underlay. Stand up collar with white collar patches piped in blue. Blue piping to the collar, front and bordering the turn back cuffs. Medal ribbons for the Iron Cross 2nd class and the Oldenburg war cross. To the breast are medal award loops. Fine quality officers cloth lining to the interior of the tunic. Some minor moth nips but generally a good example.

WW1 British Officers Robbins Dudley Push Dagger, with alloy hilt stamped to the end ‘ROBBINS DUDLEY’ and steel hand guard. Fixed double edged blade measuring 10 cms in length. Housed in its original brown leather scabbard. 5 notches impressed into the handle and some scratches and wear. The brown leather scabbard has been well oiled.

#613 – Imperial German Medical Officers Litewka Pattern Field Grey Tunic and Peaked Cap (Лот: 9205)
Imperial German Medical Officers Litewka Pattern Field Grey Tunic and Peaked Cap, fine field grey double breasted tunic with plain domed buttons. Red piped collar, front and bordering the turned back cuffs. Blue felt rectangular collar patches and officers shoulder boards with blue underlay. Button hole with ribbons for EK2 and Wurttemberg Wilhems war service cross. The tunic has been modified to resemble a tunic of a aviator with replacement gilt metal winged propeller devices on the shoulder boards, a reproduction (in our opinion) Bavarian pilots badge and a Bavarian three piece medal bar. Officer quality lined interior. Tunic is accompanied by a WW1 medical officers field grey peaked cap with red piping and bordering the blue central band. Interior with grey sweatband and cloth lining, a card stiffener has been placed inside to keep its shape. Overall a good example of a WW1 officers field grey tunic which could easily be put back to its original type.

WW2 British S.O.E Knife, an unusual small knife said to have been carried by a member of the SOE (Special Operations Executive), with leather bound barrel grip with alloy pommel and ferrule. Housed in a leather stitched edged scabbard with belt loop. Double edged straight blade measuring 13 ¼ cms, overall 22cms.

Imperial German Bavarian 12th Infantry Regiment Officers Model 1910 Field Grey Tunic, fine example of an early WW1 period model 1910 officers tunic constructed from a fine quality field grey wool, red piped collar, front and to the Brandenburg style cuffs. Tunic has Bavarian pattern buttons to the front, cuffs, shoulders and rear skirt. Officers bullion knotted shoulder boards with the Bavarian blue fleck an infantry white underlay. Loops to the breast for medal ribbon bar and Iron Cross 1st class award. Interior with officers quality lining and tailors label to the collar. Some miss-match material to the interior of the tunic but no alterations can be seen from the front, so it would appear to be just the lining which was period repaired. Overall a very good example of an early war Bavarian officers combat field grey tunic.

WW2 British 1st Pattern Fairbairn Sykes (F.S) Commando Knife by Wilkinson Sword Co Ltd, very good example of the desirable 1st pattern commando knife, having nickel plated knurled grip and top nut. ‘S’ type nickel plated guard. Housed in its original leather scabbard with nickel plated lower chape. Leather leg tabs and belt loop with the securing strap with press button snap. Double edged blade etched with Wilkinson Sword Co Ltd London makers mark and the reverse ‘THE F-S FIGHTING KNIFE’. Blade remains in good condition overall with some light areas of staining. Blade measures 17 cms, overall 31 cms. Some slight shrinking of the leather scabbard. Generally a good example of a desirable commando knife.

Imperial German Saxon 1st Pioneer Battalion Nr12 Officers Field Grey Model 1910 Officers Tunic, fine example of an officers quality field grey tunic with Saxon type Swedish cuffs, crowned field grey tunic buttons to the front, cuffs and rear skirt. The tunic is piped to the front in red with the cuffs and collar piped in black. Officers Saxon type shoulder boards with green fleck to the centre and pioneer / technical troops red backing with black underlay. Loops for medal ribbon bar and for Iron Cross 1st class award. Officers quality lined interior. Fine example.
