Plated pommel in form of eagle head and cross guard with oakleaves relief and clamshell guard with early style eagle. Housed in its original leather scabbard with plated mounts. Attached to the scabbard is the original bayonet frog with leather and bullion knot. Rear of cross guard and top scabbard mount are both stamped ‘S.O.p. I. 376’. Very good condition blade with fuller to the back edge and makers trademark to both sides. A good example overall.

Plated top pommel and cross guard with black enamel swastika to the centres. Housed in its original scabbard which shows some light wear. Original hanging chains with correct ‘DRGM’ mark to the back of the clip. Good condition double edged blade with makers trademark to the reverse. Small chip to grip and some general wear but still generally a good example of a rare German dress dagger.
