Ставки принимаются через менеджераWW2 Imperial Japanese Naval Landing Forces (Marines) Combat Helmet with Cover and Camouflage Net, superb example of an original WW2 Japanese type 90 combat helmet which is fitted with the original light tan cloth helmet cover with machine woven naval anchor insignia to the front. Attached to the cover is the original green string knotted camouflage netting cover which is predominantly found on the naval landing forces helmets, especially those from the early island campaigns. Interior of the helmet has the original dark brown leather three pad liner system on the leather liner band and the cloth chinstraps. The helmet cover does not appear to have ever been removed from the helmet since it was brought home as a souvenir after WW2. A superb example of a rare to find Japanese combat helmet.

Helmet has the original top vent fitting and the brass metal infantry star to the centre. Green cloth covered interior and cloth strap lining with chinstrap. Cloth labels with inked details to the inside of the helmet. Generally a good example.

The helmet is complete with the original camouflaged string net over the top of the helmet cover. Interior of the helmet has the original leather three pad liner system and leather liner band. Cloth chinstrap ties are full length. The cover has some light staining, does not appear to have been removed from the helmet since brought home as a souvenir.

All four sides of the helmet have painted emblem for a medic (red cross). The helmet has no metal helmet emblem or a liner system. The helmet does have a later chinstrap attachment and part of a leather chinstrap. elieved to be an original WW2 Japanese type 90 helmet but worn in the post war years, probably in Indo China.

Accompanied by an original pair of Japanese aviators flying goggles with the frames being stamped. Original head strap to the goggles. Generally excellent condition. The helmet shows some wear with some staining but still a good complete set. (2 items)

The set includes other ranks winter pattern wool four pocket tunic with its original buttons. To the collar is machine woven other ranks collar patches. Correct pair of brown wool Japanese other ranks trousers. Other ranks brown leather waist belt with metal buckle. Attached to the belt are a pair of Arisaka ammunition pouches. Large canvas ‘Octopus’ type back pack with the original straps. Small canvas haversack bag also to the reverse. Leather medical pouch, canvas gas mask bag and the original other ranks gas mask with its canister. Brown painted other ranks water bottle with its original shoulder strap and harness. Khaki wool puttees above a pair of brown leather other ranks ankle combat boots. Type 90 other ranks combat helmet which has its padded cloth cover with felt yellow infantry star patch to the centre. Interior of the cover white lined with ink issue stamps. The steel helmet itself also has much of the original paint finish to the shell. Japanese infantry helmet star badge to the centre. Interior of the helmet retains the leather liner band with three leather liner pads. The set appears to be in excellent overall condition. e have not removed any items from the mannequin and the set is being sold as seen. old with the mannequin. Japanese WW2 army officer’s sword katana, blade 65.8cms, signed with 4 characters (Showa to), gunome hamon, fair polish with some superficial rust stains, in shin gunto mounts with regulation brass tsuba, tape bound same tsuka, in its lacquered saya with regulation brass mounts and some details inked onto pine wood block (incomplete) and tied to scabbard. Housed in the original personal effects bag with various manuals, wooden and card name tag and an unusual paper packet for hair and nail clippings with some of the contents remaining. Interesting grouping.
