Third Reich Forestry Association Cutlas / Dagger by F W Holler, Solingen, fine example of a Third Reich issue forestry association cutlas with the eagle and swastika to the centre of the Ferrell. Stag horn grips with three gilt metal acorn devices. ‘D’ shaped guard with hoof quillon and shell guard with relief of a stag. Housed in the original leather and brass mounted scabbard with the short brown leather hanging frog attached. The frog is also complete with the original bullion dress portepee / knot. Fine condition single edged blade with etched hunting / forest scenes and makers trademark to the base. The blade 33cms, overall 46cms. Generally fine example.
